Wilson Dock
Westwood Curtis Construction completed construction of a private dock and waterfront improvements in Wilson, Wyoming.

West Broadway Landslide
Westwood Curtis Construction served as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for a major landslide stabilization project in Jackson, Wyoming.
Project highlights include:
Demolition of existing structures and retaining walls
Construction of shear keys, unloading benches, and earthen buttresses
Installation of Hilfiker retaining wall system
Road, pathway, utility, and parking reconstruction
Multi-year phased construction totaling nearly $8 million
Completed in December 2018, this complex project stabilized a critical corridor within the town.
Ralph Wenz Airport Drainage Improvements (2014)
Westwood Curtis Construction completed additional drainage improvements at Ralph Wenz Field in 2014.
Project highlights include:
Installation of 2,800 feet of 24” drainage pipe
Construction of drainage manholes
Excavation of 4,100 feet of open ditches
Restoration of approximately 8 acres of surface area
This project improved long-term stormwater management at the airport.
Ralph Wenz Airport Drainage Improvements (2010)
Westwood Curtis Construction completed stormwater control upgrades at Ralph Wenz Airport in 2010.
Project highlights include:
Installation of approximately 850 feet of arched culvert
Construction of manholes and diversion structures
Phased construction to maintain airport operations
Completion within a 20-day construction window

Flat Creek Emergency Ice Removal
Westwood Curtis Construction has supported emergency ice removal operations for waterways flowing through Jackson, Wyoming.
Project highlights include:
Removal of ice dams during extreme freeze/thaw cycles
Protection of businesses, residences, and roadways
Emergency response during severe winter conditions
Coordination with the Town of Jackson
This work helps prevent flooding and infrastructure damage during high-risk winter conditions.
Army Corps of Engineers Levees
Westwood Curtis Construction was awarded a multi-year contract to reconstruct and repair levees along the Snake River west of Jackson, Wyoming.
Project highlights include:
Removal of woody vegetation from levee surfaces
Reconstruction of levee subgrade
Placement of riprap armoring for core protection
Long-term coordination with federal agencies
This three-year project strengthened critical flood protection infrastructure along the Snake River.
Rustic Inn
Westwood Curtis Construction completed site work and underground utilities for the redevelopment of the Rustic Inn in Jackson, Wyoming.
Project highlights include:
Demolition of the former Wagon Wheel Campground
Installation of water and sewer infrastructure for 64 cabin units
Soil stabilization due to unstable ground conditions
Site work supporting pool, restaurant, and front office construction
Completed in 2008, the Rustic Inn was later recognized as one of the Top 50 Hotels Worldwide in 2013.
Pinedale Water Metering Improvements
Westwood Curtis Construction was contracted by the Town of Pinedale to install water meters throughout the municipality.
Project highlights include:
Installation of over 1,200 water meters
Meter placement in pits, vaults, and building interiors
Installation of automatic meter reading base station and antenna
System-wide upgrades to improve water usage tracking
This project modernized the town’s water infrastructure and improved long-term resource management.
Elk Refuge Irrigation Project
Westwood Curtis Construction completed large-scale irrigation infrastructure installation for the National Elk Refuge.
Project highlights include:
Installation of approximately 39,000 feet of HDPE irrigation pipeline
Pipe sizes ranging from 10” to 42” HDPE
Sidewall fusion of 68 laterals, drains, and vents
Installation of pressure reducing stations and steel pipe manifold
Work completed in extremely rocky terrain using specialized excavation techniques
Certified pipe welders and extended shifts allowed the project to be completed ahead of schedule despite challenging conditions.
Teton Village Commons
Westwood Curtis Construction served as General Contractor for the construction of a central commons area in Teton Village, Wyoming.
Project highlights include:
Removal of existing streams and pond features
Mass grading and site preparation
Construction of sidewalks, amphitheater, and central ice skating rink
Installation of pop-jet fountains, underground control bunkers, and fire pits
Coordination with multiple trades, suppliers, engineers, and architects
Completed in Spring 2010, this project required complex coordination and execution in a highly visible public setting.
