Westwood Curtis is seeking hardworking and dependable Construction Laborers to assist with a variety of field operations including underground utility installation, excavation, grading, and general site preparation in the Jackson, Wyoming area.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in a fast paced construction environment and assisting equipment operators and crew members with daily tasks to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assisting crews with underground utility installation including water, sewer, and storm systems

  • Operating small tools and equipment such as compactors, saws, shovels, and hand

    tools

  • Assisting with trench preparation, pipe laying, bedding, and backfill operations

  • Loading and unloading materials, equipment, and job site supplies

  • Maintaining clean and safe work areas and following all company safety procedures

  • Assisting operators and foremen with general construction activities as needed

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working on uneven terrain

  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

  • Ability to follow direction and work as part of a crew

  • Construction or underground utility experience preferred but not required
