GTNP Waste Water Treatment Plant

Beginning in Fall 2016 and completing in Spring 2019, Westwood Curtis Construction completed extensive utility installation in Grand Teton National Park in coordination with construction of a new wastewater treatment facility.

Project highlights include:

  • Installation of approximately 5 miles of:

    • 12” HDPE water transmission main

    • 8” HDPE water distribution main

    • 8” PVC gravity sewer

    • 4” HDPE pressure sewer

  • Coordination with construction of a wastewater treatment plant, pump station, and concrete water tank

  • Work performed in a highly regulated and environmentally sensitive national park

This multi-year project demonstrates Westwood Curtis’s ability to deliver complex utility infrastructure while meeting strict environmental and regulatory requirements.
