Pinedale Phase V Sewer and Water Improvements

Westwood Curtis Construction completed Phase V of the Town of Pinedale Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project, delivering major water, sewer, and stormwater system upgrades under challenging site and schedule constraints.

Project highlights include:

  • Replacement of approximately 1,800 linear feet of ductile iron water main

  • Replacement of approximately 4,000 linear feet of sewer main

  • Installation of approximately 5,000 linear feet of 12”–24” ribbed HDPE storm drain

  • Construction of approximately 4,600 feet of sidewalks and associated appurtenances

  • Extensive over-excavation of highways, streets, and alleyways

  • Work performed under strict timelines due to rising groundwater levels and tight paving schedules

  • Coordination with specialized inspections and multiple government agencies tied to funding requirements

Despite difficult conditions and complex oversight, the project was completed more than one month ahead of schedule, with substantial completion achieved in October 2010.
