Pine Glades Development

Westwood Curtis Construction completed infrastructure installation for the Pine Glades Development in conjunction with construction of the Cache Tunnel in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Project highlights include:

  • Installation of infrastructure for an attached housing development built on steep mountain terrain

  • Roadways supported primarily by retaining wall systems

  • Mechanical walkways constructed beneath driving surfaces extending nearly 1,000 feet

  • Townhome structures built directly over active driving lanes

  • Construction of lift stations and complex utility systems

  • Integration with the Cache Tunnel to support access and circulation

Built on the side of a mountain overlooking the National Elk Refuge and Grand Tetons, this project required advanced planning, engineering coordination, and precise execution. The Pine Glades Development is widely regarded as one of the most technically complex residential infrastructure projects completed in Jackson Hole.
